SERVICE VISIT

Their goal is to not have anything covered under the warranty. He tried to convince me a car that's 3 years old with 1 previous owner that leased it used an off market tire sensor🤦🏽‍♀️ so apparently warranty. Made me sit there for 4 hours claiming they didn't have a courtesy car and the uber service was down. Then proceeded to get an uber for 4 white people and gave out 2 loaners. I was sooo late to work. More

SERVICE VISIT

They are really selling cars, but they are the worse on the service center. It takes 1 month for you to schedule a service and hours to replace a tire. Go to other Mercedes dealers because I always have is the service center. It takes 1 month for you to schedule a service and hours to replace a tire. Hi Dan, thanks for replying my review. When I wrote it, I was very frustrated because I had to wait 2 hours and 30 minutes to have my tire replaced. I think Mercedes is an expensive brand and their customer should have a better service. Next year, I am planning to get a brand new car and I would love to buy it from Mercedes, but I am not sure if I want to continue to have the same service. I always have to wait over a month to get a service done, for example my seat is not moving and I have to drive very uncomfortably until July 3. I believe it is a safety issue, because my husband can’t barely fit on the driver’s seat, he is very tall and the seat doesn’t adjust anymore. I truly hope you find a way to serve the clients better because we all love Mercedes. Thanks for your attention.

SERVICE VISIT

This place is so poorly managed I don't know where to start. We made an appointment for our car to go into service and dropped it off on time almost 2 weeks ago. As of this writing, the car has not been start. We made an appointment for our car to go into service and dropped it off on time almost 2 weeks ago. As of this writing, the car has not been worked on. In a call with a service advisor, he takled about staff shortages. There was never any communication about extended wait times when we dropped off the car. I recently have had Toyota, Dodge and Honda service with other dealers go in and out. Not at Ray Catena. Now they can't be bothered with getting our car back to us. I will not be bringing my business back to this dealer. More

They always go above and beyond to help me when I have to bring the car in for service or repairs. I am treated like family and it feels good to know that they truly care about my experience and satisfaction. Although I am extremely satisfied with my 2022 C -Class car, I do not have any words to express how happy I am to be able to count on Danny and Patti when I need to. More
