DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE We took our son 250 miles to buy his first proper decent car from this dealer. Whilst driving home on the M6 the car felt funny it thought it must be just because it’s a different car. The next day the engine lights came on so we booked it in a garage to be checked. The garage said my son was lucky to be alive the car had multiple engine failures and had no engine oil or coolant in it and most definitely wasn’t serviced or safe to drive. The garage said it was so unsafe to ring the finance company and tell them, not only this it was not even safe to drive back from the garage who had just checked the car over. The garage also showed us that the car had been in a crash and had repairs which unless you know what you are looking for would not know. It was pointed out to us and we were shown a very poor respray job! Bill he car had to be recovered from the garage home. We rang the dealer only to be told “ your not bringing no car back I don’t think you understand how this works” well no I think you thought we were idiots because anyone who buys a car on finance is protected by a 30 day quarentee if a car is found so dangerous, in road worthy and mis-sold. The dealer caused lots of stress and upset, refused to work with the finance company or recover the car. He was so unaccomating that the legal department had to get involved and he still refused for 4 weeks to take the car back. My son is a key worker and had no car to get to work for 4 weeks and due to his lack of co operation and him dragging it out we still had to pay our car insurance and first payment(we did get it back finally yesterday) ALSO this man CLAIMS he is AA approved this is not true he had his approval removed from the AA after selling other cars in a unsafe revoked! This has now also been reported legally. If we had purchased this for cash we would have no car, and no way of getting our money back. He claims to service his Cara before he sells as from ABOVE this is also a lie. He is a cowboy and thinks he can intimidate customers into thinking they can’t return cars. Well this time you have met your match not only did we get our money back but we get to tell everyone YOU SELL dodgy cars unsafe knowingly and we also get to make sure the AA take action against you for mis advertising that they still approve you when they don’t

I have spoken private to 98 people now who have bought cars from AZ Cars and we went in and bought a car and secret filmed them for a TV program. that will been shown in the Autumn. We found 11 faults with the car we bought after they did the mot we are planning to buy another car soon and investigate more

Brought a Mercedes from this dealer about a month ago & wot a car it is.The dealer was very honest about the car even detailed the smallest mark on the door would definitely recommend to all friends & family very happy

Brought a car for my daughter as she has just past her test. Went in to the business to have a look around and the dealer was very helpful and helped me with my decision on which car would be appropriate for my daughter. Lovely welcome to the place. Had no problem with the car and my daughter loves it. Thanks AZ cars!

Brought a car from this dealer about a month ago the car was as described in the advert havent had any problems was very happy with this dealer will come back again when needing another car.

2 weeks after buying a car from this dealer the engine failed and needed replacing. Obviously I was not going to pay for a replacement engine so got in touch with the dealer, who refused to refund me any money. After a few phone calls from my angry husband, he agreed to refund part but not all of the money. His reason for this? He'd have to pay to recover the vehicle, however he turned up only in his car to tow the car back. No recovery cost involved. He still then would not give me all the money we had agreed on, saying he would give the remainder once I had received the log book and forwarded it on to him. 7 weeks later and no log book, the DVLA state they have not had anything sent to them. He still refuses to give me the rest of my money. I should have known he was a dodgy dealer from the start DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER. You will get a car that will probably break and you'll have to fight to get any money back.

My daughter bought an audi from him within 30 miles from dealership the engine was on fire the dealer would do nothing certainly wouldn't take car back or refund. The car was repaired at her expense then a day later the gearbox went totally un drivable not fit for use still the dealer would do nothing. The Warranty company sent our mechanic and confirmed undrivable car then taken to our garage and gearbox issue resolved which warranty won't cover (small print) my daughter then drove car for less than half a day and then the engine blew again now waiting for it to be taken to our garage for the 3rd time and at huge expense. The dealer will not even enter into a conversation re the car the warranty won't pay out so basically my daughter is £5000 plus out of pocket with her only choice left is to take this crooked dealer to court this man should be struck off and never allowed to sell a car again.

Less than 24 hours of owing the car the engine failed catastrophically he refused his standard 3 month warranty and now I'm waiting for trading standards and a solicitor to get in touch with him! Never ever purchase anything from this place
